Thanksgiving – 15 Feb 2020

  1. Dearest Mother of Perpetual Help,

We sent in 2 petitions in December 2019 for your intercession that our brother-in-law’s cancer treatment would be successful and for our daughter to conceive soon. We thank you for praying and interceding for us as now both our prayers are answered. Our brother-in-law is responding well to the treatment and at the same time our daughter is now 6 weeks into her pregnancy.

Thank you for your intercession for my son’s further studies. He has been assigned to the school of his choice. I believe that is what’s best for him in God’s eyes. May he bloom there and have a bright future ahead

I would like to thank you for keeping me and my family safe and healthy. January has brought too much pain for the whole world but my trust and love for you will not change. I know everything happens for a reason. I know there’s a lesson and message on each of those painful days. In spite of these, I realized that you have granted my everyday wish to be your instrument to show love and give help to others through these calamities. Thank you for the sign that you gave me during the time when I did not know how to decide for my career. Thank you for providing me during my financial difficulties. I lift everything to you and I trust you. I am confident that you are always with me.

  1. Dearest Mother Mary,

I injured my left knee 2 months ago and I had to undergo surgery to repair it. My recovery is on track and I am now able to walk long distances without pain. We thank God for this very big blessing. And, more good news came as my insurance reimbursement was able to cover almost 100% of my expenses. This is a big relief for us. Thank you, Mother Mary for your prayers, guidance and intercession.

Thank you so much for interceding for me as always. Earlier this afternoon, I wrote to you to seek your help as I urgently needed to find my certificates for a job interview next Wednesday. About 2 hours later, I stumbled upon the file containing all the required certificates. I cannot thank you enough for coming to my aid. Thank you for whispering into the ears of Jesus to grant me my petition. I love you and will continue to make You known.

Thank you for praying for me during my “O” Level Exams. Although I did not do as well as I had expected, I thank you for all the encouragement you brought me through others and for their kind words when I felt hopeless. Thank you for also opening a door for me that somehow fits my interest. Please be with me as I embark on this new chapter. I ask that you hold my hand so that I do not fall into the same sin and ignorance that prevented me from doing well. Thank you, dear Mother, I will never forget how much you love me.
