5. Dearest Mother Mary,
Two weeks ago it was a routine morning drive to work. While driving on the right lane, as usual I recited the rosary. At a distance, I noticed a motorcyclist in the middle lane trying to overtake a lorry. Suddenly while overtaking, the motorcycle rear seemed to hit the lorry and lost balance. Then almost instantly, the driver and his motorbike flipped over to my lane. I jammed my brakes hard but by then I already lost sight of him. My body felt cold as I thought I had run him over. I quickly got down and saw the motorcyclist was away from my vehicle and in pain. Other drivers and the lorry driver came to assist and called the ambulance. Upon arrival, the paramedic examined him and found scratch wounds. Then they quickly sent him to the hospital. I prayed during the next few days and could hardly sleep. Finally, I called the investigating officer to find out the condition of the motorcyclist. To my relieve, the officer told me he only suffered light injuries. Thank you, Mother, I know this could not have been possible without your maternal protection and intercession. Thank you for watching over me and keeping me safe.

My husband had a fall in January this year and suffered fractures. His condition was quite serious that he had to undergo two surgeries. He was in a lot of pain during that period. I wrote to you to ask for prayers and to bless my husband with a speedy recovery and be free of pain and struggles. Today, he had a review and his doctor said his healing is progressing nicely. I thank you for all your intercession and prayers and that he was able to overcome all the pain. Thank you for answering my prayers and lead us out of this dark period.
