Thanksgiving – 18 Jul 2020

1. Dear Mother Mary,

Thank you for answering my prayers. I was not laid off by my company during this difficult time. Thank you for your intercession to your Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, for answering my prayers. Mother, please continue to listen to all my prayers and also look after me during this time.

Your Catholic Son.

2. Dear Mother,

I thank you for your gracious intercession and answering my prayers. Despite the lockdown, I am thankful for having enough activities and work to keep me busily engaged, active and even get paid. In addition, you have also brought wonderful people into my life so that I can learn from and be enriched by them. I want to reach out to others in return like you, Mother, with much love, understanding and patience. I am very grateful to call you Mother, and to Jesus for giving you to me. Please continue to watch, lead and bless me and all my loved ones, far and near.

Your Loving Child.

3. Dearest Mother Mary,

Thank you that the Church is re-opening for Masses soon and that your children can go back to receive the Holy Eucharist. Thank you for your intercession.

Your Grateful Daughter.

4. Dear Mother,

2 weeks ago, I wrote to you asking for your intercession to secure this job. On this special feast day of yours, I received the job offer in the morning. I cannot thank you enough. Despite Covid and all the 55 job applications that were rejected, God finally made a way for me. Thank you, dear Mother for interceding to your Son for me. I am very grateful and thankful of your love for me.

Your Child.

5. I thank you for the opportunity to start a small business during this pandemic. My online rice shop is doing very well for the past 2 weeks and we are getting more orders. Thank you for the many customers who have supported us. Most of all, I thank you and your Son, for this chance to be able to help other people. I was able to provide jobs for a few relatives who lost their source of income during this difficult time. They are very thankful and I want to give thanks to you.

Your Grateful Child.
