Thank you for being with me in my journey. I met a wonderful and caring friend who is a non-Catholic. She told me a Catholic friend had shared the faith with her and she grew to have a huge interest. I bought her a rosary as a gift. She has learnt to pray the rosary, attend Mass and comes to Novena Church which deepens her faith. She says she finds comfort in the Prayer Garden and there is great inner peace. I see the changes in her life, especially during her 3rd pregnancy and she was able to overcome it. I would like to express my gratitude that she opened her heart to the Catholic faith and saw the tremendous changes in her life. Recently all her 3 sons were baptised as Catholics and she renewed her marriage vows(blessings) in church. It has been a beautiful testimony in my faith journey.

4. Dear Mother of Perpetual Help,
I would like to give thanks for my dad’s latest MRI. In January he was diagnosed with LMD and his scan in March showed an extensive spread in the brain. Since then he had radiation and has started on a treatment plan of chemo, targeted therapy and antibody. My family and I are eternally grateful for God’s mercy and the wisdom he has granted to his doctors and for guiding us towards this treatment plan.

5. We are thankful to you dearest Mother for the newborn child in our family, my baby nephew. Thank you for the good health and safety of my sister-in-law and my nephew throughout the pregnancy. I thank you dearest Mother for this great joy that has come into our lives and I also pray for my nephew to grow to be a healthy and happy boy always knowing how much his heavenly Mother and our Lord Jesus Christ love him. I also pray that you, Dearest Mother being the best Mother I have ever known, will continue to comfort this baby in his life and guide his family.

There have been difficulties in the process but I know you always interceded for me. I am grateful for your love. Thank you for this opportunity. 7. Dear Mother Mary,
Three months ago I received the unexpected news that I was retrenched from my job. It was difficult to fathom that something I saw in the news would happen to me, too. It was you, my Dear Mother, that came to my prayer to make me realize that it was time for me to take a break. So, that is my first thanksgiving. Secondly, due to massive lay-offs around my industry sector, it was very hard counting on my strength and network to find a new job. With your intercession, O Dear Mother, your beloved Son pointed me to one of His servants who helped me to get a job. Earlier this month, I had a job offer and accepted it. Thank you, dearest Mother. This could only have happened through your intercession.

8. Dearest Mother,
I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I prayed to you to help with my application for a Long Term Visit Pass which I was granted by ICA. With the LTVP, I can continue to live with my wife in Singapore and spend time watching the beautiful grandchildren grow up. Also, I am permitted by MOM to work in Singapore. Once again, thank you Mother for your help and the blessings from our Heavenly Father and our Saviour, Jesus.
