  1. Dearest Mother of Perpetual Help,

A few days ago, I wrote a petition because my husband underwent a brain surgery due to a bad fall. Today, the doctor took him off the ventilator as now he can breathe on his own. Thank you, dear Mother, for your intercession and this significant step towards his recovery. I have full trust that with your help our Lord will heal him fully.

Your Loving Child.

  1. Dear Mother Mary,

Thank you, Mother for your constant prayer and blessings on our family. Last December, my wife gave birth to our lovely and healthy baby girl at an advanced age according to doctors. Without your intercession, this would not have happened. Thank you, Mother, for the gift of our 3rd child.

Your Son.

  1. Dearest Mother Mary,

Thank you on behalf on my non-Catholic friend for helping her to reconcile with her boyfriend and helping them solve their relationship issues. Last year when they were about to break up, I brought her petition to your shrine and said that I would pray the novena on her behalf. True enough, in a few months they had reconciled and now they are hoping to get married. I know that this was made possible through your intercession. Mother, you know the challenges that they still face, especially her family is non-acceptance of him solely because he is a few years younger. Please help all their parents and family members open their hearts, look past that small age difference to really accept their relationship and to genuinely give them their blessing to be married because this is what my friend really hopes for; as long as it is not against God’s will.

  1. Dearest Mother Mary,

I would like to express my sincere thanks to you for always being there for me and my family. My mother passed on at a good age of 90. My husband’s job contract ended after the passing of my mother. Thank you, Mother Mary, for guiding us through those difficult times. Now my 2 wonderful grown-up children are working and are helping out with all our household expenses. It’s only with your blessings Mother Mary and your interceding for us to our Lord that we managed to go through all those difficult times.

  1. Dear Mother of Perpetual Help,

Thank you for the past year. This year has been a year of change for me. I finally quit my financial planning job that had been causing so much restless days and nights. You led me to a great company with great colleagues of which some are Catholics. I am thankful to be able to journey with them. I also lost and gained friends. It’s sad but I know that there’s a season and reason for everything. The latest and most unexpected was my breakup with my boyfriend. I am thankful for his presence and role in my life. It is painful and difficult to let go of someone so entrenched in my life but it’s also a good reminder to rely on no one else but you and our Lord.

Your Faithful Daughter.

  1. Dearest Mother Mary,

Thank you for making me a stronger person after my spouse left me. Give me the strength as you always do to forgive and love her no matter what.

Your Son.

  1. Dear Mother Mary,

With joy in my heart I say a big thank you to you and our Lord Jesus for giving my daughter and grandchildren a good and safe holiday in New York for 10 days. Everything went on smoothly for them. I am very grateful to you for taking care of them and protecting them wherever they went.

Your Ever-Grateful Daughter.

  1. Dear Mother of Perpetual Help,

Words alone cannot express how grateful and thankful I am to you for your intercession to Jesus, your Son who is our Lord for all the blessings during the year. Last year, I had to undergo a heart bypass operation. The cardiologist did an angiogram and I had 3 blocked arteries. I was operated and before the surgery, I prayed to you to intercede for me to Jesus. You answered my prayer when the surgeon told my wife that the operation went smoothly and was successful. You have always been a wonderful and loving Mother to my family. I will always remember your name MARY which stands for “Mary Always Remember You.”

Your Loving Son.

  1. Dearest Mother,

2019 has been a crisis year when my husband and a brother-in-law were diagnosed with different types of cancer at the same time. Both of which were not minor, requiring major surgeries. Their surgeries took place within 2 months of each other. My husband, my newly baptized sister-in-law and I, prayed earnestly and faithfully for your powerful intercession and to our Lord Jesus, for His Divine Mercy for successful surgery, treatment and full recovery. I am very happy to say that our prayers are answered and I personally witnessed the miracle of how my brother-in-law could recover quickly and even without the need for chemotherapy from his major and complicated surgery. This is beyond his and the doctors’ expectations. My husband was also surprisingly blessed with an unexpected visit from a missionary priest in the hospital as we were not aware that he was in town. This itself was a sign of comfort that you and your Son showed us that all things would be well. I want to thank you, Mother and your Son for your guidance and watchful protection during this very difficult time. We see how you guide us through to overcome our fears and worries by blessing us with close friends, relatives, priests and nuns who prayed for and with us throughout this time and also providing us with an experienced team of surgeons. Once again Mother, thank you from the bottom of my heart to you and your Son, Jesus, for the healing miracle that could only have come from your love and mercy to us.
