I thank God for granting me and my wife our 10th year marriage anniversary. As she is fighting an aggressive, incurable cancer, this milestone has been all the more meaningful and poignant for us. Amidst our pain and suffering, our eyes are opened to the blessings showered on us – a happy family with two active and happy boys, and ten beautiful years together so far with more to come, if God wills it. We are grateful for the many blessings showered upon us, despite going through the absolute darkest period of our lives today. Thank you, Mother Mary, for your love, and we ask for your continued prayers. Amen.

2. Dearest Mother,
Our friend has been battling a life-threatening and highly aggressive brain tumour, and is reaching the end of her life. She pulled through a last-ditch operation and managed to get home to her young family for a while longer. We thank God for granting them this mercy of some quality time together. We also pray for a miracle healing, if it is the will of your Son Jesus. Thank you, Mother Mary.
3. Dearest Mother of Perpetual Succour,
Last week I wrote a petition asking for healing and understanding in my son’s marriage. Thank you, Mother, for interceding for my son and his wife. At least they have made a start to be amicable to each other. Mother, I continue to beg you to please intercede that they will return to the church and put their faith and trust in God for everything in their lives. They have a lot of inner wounds which need the healing touch of your Son. Mother please pray that they will be forgiving to each other and to themselves. I am far away from them, and don’t know what is going on in their lives. But you, Mother, and your Son are near them. Please be with them to give them courage and strength when they feel like giving up, and peace of mind and an open heart to listen to your Son. Thank you, Mother, for pleading for me.

Thank you for interceding for me in my university and scholarship applications. I managed to get into my dream course and University, as well as be awarded the scholarship I had been working towards for 2 years. I am very grateful for this outcome as I get to continue studying without having to financially burden my family. I would also like to thank the Lord for blessing me with family, friends, loved ones, teachers and mentors who have supported me unconditionally throughout my A Levels and this application process.

For keeping my son in your prayers. We are so thankful that he has healed completely after 2 weeks from his lung surgery. Also, even though he felt breathless at his university interview and could not talk much as it was just a day after discharge from hospital, he was offered a place in the Uni in the course of his choice. Mother Mary, please continue to guide him in his actions and words so that he may be able to share his miraculous healing and spread the love of Jesus to those he meets. May he live his life for others and not for himself and always remain close to you & your Son Jesus. Please continue to pray for our family for my daughter to enjoy her nursing course in poly and to make good friends and rely on the Holy Spirit for strength. And for my hubby to be a blessing in the school he is teaching in. Help him to know that Jesus is the only one that he serves ultimately at work. Thank you.

6. Thank you, Jesus and Mother Mary for the blessings you have given me in preparation for my Singapore part A bar exams. I have finally passed all my subjects and will be able to move on and take my part B course and exams. Please continue praying for me as I journey to become a lawyer.

Thank you for blessing me with the gift of my beloved spouse and sons in my life. My spouse and I waited for 6 years for our first son. After so much prayers and years of waiting, our petitions were answered. Now, both of them are young adults. Thank you blessed Mother. May they live life to the fullest and according to God’s will.

8. Dearest Mother Mary,
I come to you with a heart full of gratitude. You have been with me all the time especially as I went through my hysterectomy surgery after my cancer prognosis, and interceded for me every step of the way. It is because of your intercession that I had a smooth surgery and recovery. Two weeks ago, during my regular review with my oncologist, he assured me that the cyst on my liver, which was found during my abdomen CT scan, is benign. Mother, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your faithfulness, love and prayers for me.

It’s been almost 5 years at my first job since graduation. I thank you for blessing me with an understanding boss, a supportive work environment and plenty of opportunities to learn and grow at a pace that works for me. While there have been numerous challenges, I believe God knows what’s best for me. Help me as I navigate the next phase of my career, which is currently absolutely unclear. Thank you.

10. Thank you, Mother Mary for watching over me and my family all these years. As I am approaching the end of my career in Singapore, I will take a step back to see what I want to do next. Spending time with my family and being there for them will be one of my key focuses. Please guide me and give me the strength to take this leap to the next phase of my life.
