Our heartfelt thanks to you dearest Mother for guiding my son through his university education and we are happy to share that with your kind intercession and constant prayers, he graduated with second class honours in psychology! Thank you dearest Mother! We truly love you always!

Thank you for answering 2 prayers this month alone. The first one was the dark spots on the brain have disappeared. Doctors confirmed it was just an empty space instead of tumours. The second was another miracle when I prayed for my cousin who was suspected of heart problems. She need not go through any operation and only needs some medication. That is exactly what I prayed for. Mother Mary, you are really our Mother who loves us so much. Now I know my mission and that is to pray for the sick in mind and body. Mother, guide me in all I do.

Thank you for answering our prayers. After the 2nd MRI, it is confirmed that our daughter does not have cancer. But she is still recovering from her injuries. Please continue to watch over her and keep her healthy.

  1. Dearest Mother,

I had an acute heart attack. My heart stopped beating twice. I managed to survive after three shock treatments at the A&E of Tan Tock Seng Hospital. Thanks to you, merciful Mother, for seeing me through during the hospitalization. Finally, I had a heart defibrillator implanted on the eighth day after the incident. I am very thankful and I know a miracle has happened to me.

  1. Dearest Mother of Perpetual Help,

2 months ago, I came here in despair as I was under investigation. I pleaded and begged for your help to ask the Lord to help me. On 15 July, I received notification that all charges against me have been dropped. I really want to thank you for your help in pleading with the Lord on my behalf. It is because of your kindness, the case was concluded in the short time. I vow to fulfill my promise to you, to visit you at Fatima and to thank you personally.

I thank you and Lord Jesus for the many blessings that I have received since my coming to the Novena for sixty-two years, ever since I was 12 years old. I was baptized when I was 21 years old and will be 74 years in 2 days’ time. Thank you Mother Mary and Lord Jesus for me and my family.

Today is my 28th wedding anniversary. I am happily married with 3 children. I started asking for your intercession seven years ago when my eldest son started his National Service. Seeing how much suffering and pain you went through seeing your Son, our Lord Jesus, being crucified and the trust you placed in God, the Almighty, strengthened me. I continued to seek your intercession through the years when my second son entered National Service and my daughter was diagnosed with an eating disorder. I know that you are fervently praying for me and are with me. Thank you, Mother Mary, for being there for me all those years. You were there to support me at my lowest point when I didn’t know what to do and was lost. Though my struggles are still ongoing, but surely improving, I cannot thank you enough for your intercession. You have saved me from losing hope. Thank you, Mother Mary.

I thank you dear Mother as through your intercession, my Lord Jesus healed my husband after he was admitted in hospital for a chest infection for 18 days. He lost so much weight and now he is back to his usual self and has gained weight and is able to walk and take care of himself. Thank you for also giving me the strength and hope that our Lord Jesus will bring him back to health. I trusted in you, Jesus, and you have not forsaken me and the love you showed to my husband and has given him a second chance. All the thanks will never make up for the love you have for us.

Thank you for all that you have done for our family. I’ve come to you since I was a child and have never failed to see your intercession in our lives. My husband and I came to your shrine many times asking for your help and intercession especially for both our businesses. Somehow or rather, things always worked themselves out. We just want to thank you for helping my husband to bring to closure a business he was running and this week he was finally able to sell his shares and have savings for our family. We continue to trust in your intercession for all our needs. Thank you Mother for always being so close to us.

  1. Dearest Mother Mary,

This letter is long overdue. I am grateful for your intercession as you are our closest intercessor to your Son, our Lord Jesus Christ. Since the age of 2, I was suffering from a form of Epilepsy Fits which was so bad and intense that I was exempted from the army. I would get the attacks mostly at night and it would last till the early morning with me having a tremendous pain in my brain which was so intense that I would grip the bed post and just endure the pain; the house just seemed to be spinning like a fan and I was vomiting constantly. My Mother always stayed up with me to comfort me and provide a pail for me to vomit into. There was nothing else she could do, and this lasted for several hours during each attack which occurred quite regularly, until it finally ended and I lose consciousness and fall asleep, completely spent. It also happened to me at school so that when I never showed up for classes, there was never any complaint from the school. That was how bad it was.

One day, sometime in the 1970’s. when I was a teenager, my grandmother called me and gave me “something”, I looked into the bag and it was a prayer to Our Lady of Health. My grandmother told me a friend of hers had passed it to her and she told me to say the prayer. For the love of my grandmother and trusting Our Blessed Mother, I followed the instructions, I said the prayers. Being a young man then, I completely forgot about this matter. During my regular visits to the doctor, the doctor kept asking me if I had any attacks recently and when I answered “No”, it puzzled him since it was so regular till then. After about two years of not having any attacks, the doctor was amazed and was lost for words. He said that a miracle must have happened since there was no medicine that could have cured me and he discharged me. Then, it dawned on me that Our Blessed Mother had interceded for me during my Novena to her (Our Lady of Health) and I had completely forgotten about it. Now I am sixty three years old and I have never had an attack since that moment. I have always been faithful to you Our Blessed Mother, never failing to say at least “Three Hail Mary’s” every day and attending the Novena as regularly as possible. I have been attending the Novena since my mother brought me to the Novena when I was young and I am still here today. Miracles do happen; this is only one episode of the help from Our Blessed Mother in my life. Thank you very much my Mother for all your intercession for me and my family.
