Thanksgiving – 25 May 2019

  1. Dearest Mother Mary,

Thank you for answering my prayer involving 2 colleagues, of which one is a Muslim while the other is a Hindu. They were not on talking terms for 4 months. Being the fasting month, my Muslim colleague decided to forgive and forget the past hurts. Thank you for your intercession. They are now working together harmoniously as they have been doing for the past 16 years.

Your Non-Catholic Child.

  1. Dearest Mother of Perpetual Help,

I am so deeply thankful to you for interceding for me for the past weeks. Now, my unborn baby test result shows that he is normal. Thank you for your love and for embracing us during our difficult moment.

Your Grateful Daughter.

  1. Dearest Mother,

I have strayed away for many years from Church. It was only after my husband of 36 years decided to convert, that I started my journey of faith again. I was a cradle Catholic and I felt that I never understood my faith. God, to me during my Catechism lessons, was an admonishing God, a fearful God. It is only now, at 60 years old that I have come to realise how loving and forgiving my Heavenly Father is. I want to thank you, dearest Mother, for always interceding for me and never giving up on me. From the RCIA in 2015 to the ministries in Church you have led me to, I have renewed my faith and look forward to coming to the Saturday Devotion.

Your Loving Daughter.

  1. Dear Mother Mary,

Today is our 16th wedding anniversary. I thank you for your help throughout the years. Our marriage has been on the rocks but with your love and care for us, we managed to resolve all our issues.

Your Daughter.

  1. Dearest Mother,

One year ago, I was on my knees begging you to help my daughter who was going to deliver her baby. The baby was born prematured and weighed only 1.5kg. She was put in an incubator for a month. I was in tears begging you to intercede for my granddaughter to be strong and be as normal as possible. Thank you, Mother, for answering my prayers. The baby is one year old today and she has grown to be a strong and healthy girl. Thank you once again for interceding for our family through the difficult times.

Your Loving Daughter.

  1. Dearest Mother of Perpetual Help,

Thank you for allowing our family to be a complete Catholic family after more than 20 years. My husband is finally a Catholic and I am truly grateful.

Your Catholic Daughter.

  1. Dearest Mother of Perpetual Help,

Thank you for hearing my cries and pleas and interceding to the Lord. I see the hand of the Lord in the small changes in my son’s behaviour and I know that you have answered my prayers. He struggles with the temptations and frustrations of this world, but the Lord has kept him close. Thank you, Mother, for giving us hope to persevere.

Your Faithful Daughter.

  1. Dearest Mother Mary,

I am a non-Catholic but my husband is a Catholic. I really do not know how to thank you enough for the miracles that you have done for me and my family. I like to thank you for your continuous prayer and intercession.

Your Loving Child.
