Thanksgiving – 22 March 2025

1. Dearest Mother Mary and Lord Jesus,

With hearts full of gratitude, we come before You to give thanks for the blessing of being able to attend Sunday Mass together as a family. We are deeply thankful for this opportunity to gather in worship, to partake in the Holy Eucharist, and to hear the sacred readings that nourish our souls and strengthen our faith. Thank You, Lord, for the grace of unity in worship and for the gift of Your presence in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.

Your Grateful Daughter.

2. Dearest Mother of Perpetual Help,

In the serene and sacred space of the Novena Church, we gather our thoughts and hearts to express our profound gratitude. We thank Jesus for granting us the strength to surrender ourselves to His divine plan. It is through His grace that we find the courage, strength and faith to trust that He will take care of everything. We are deeply grateful for the blessings bestowed upon each member of our family.

 Your Grateful Daughter.

3. Dear Holy Mother,

I prayed hard about getting into university, and I recently experienced what I thought was a hurdle. I now think it was a blessing in disguise because I believe it looks better on my application. I thank you for your prayers for spiritual clarity and for my family. Thank you!

Your Grateful Child.

4. Dear Mother of Perpetual Help,

We thank you for interceding for our family. Thank you for loving and protecting us.  We thank you for your guidance.

Your Thankful Son.

5. Thank you, dear Mother Mary,

For your powerful intercession in my son’s healing. Only three weeks ago, he was told that he’d require radiotherapy as chemo treatments had not fully gotten rid of the tumour in him. A few days after turning to you, he went in for a scan, and miraculously, the tumour had gone. I am so grateful to you and to your Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, for His healing gift and divine mercy. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Your Grateful Daughter.

6. Dearest Mother of Perpetual Help,

I am writing this thanksgiving for a job offer I received this week, and I look forward to a new career and beginning. Please continue to pray for me and for a smooth handing over of my current duties to my colleagues and a smooth onboarding to my next job. Thank you!

Your Thankful Son.

7. Dear Mother,

I just received the news that I have been accepted by NUS for a master program. Thank you so much for your intercession. It is so amazing how you and your Son always fulfil my needs and answer my prayers. Nothing can express my gratitude, the only thing I can do to repay your kindness is to continue to do good and be a better Catholic.

Your Grateful Daughter.

8. Dear Mother,

Thank you for your intercession. My sister’s cancer is dormant for now. I pray that she may be free from cancer. As for my friend who had an aggressive cancer that did not respond to treatment, she was devastated. She went through two types of treatment, and through your intercession her result now shows she is free from cancer. Words cannot express my joy and gratitude. Thank you so much for your love.

Your Grateful Daughter.

9. Dearest Blessed Mother,

I came to your shrine to pray for my daughter to secure a full-time job. This week, she conveyed to us the good news that she will be converted to full-time employment from her existing internship. Thank you, Mother, for your intercession. I know I can always count on you. I am forever grateful.

Your Grateful Daughter.

10. Thank you, Mama Mary, for your intercession. My daughter-in-law breast biopsy came out negative. Your Loving Child.
