With my hands folded, I respectfully bow and express my tears of joy for the miraculous financial support that has manifested in my husband’s life recently. It is difficult for me to comprehend, as this has happened beyond our expectations. This sum will certainly aid us in clearing the dues of those who have offered helping hands in times of our financial crisis. I wrote a petition for my 9 years old grandson who failed his exams, which made me worry so much. He just started P4 and I can already see an improvement in his studies, and I am only 4 weeks into my novena devotion for him. Thank you, dearest Mother, for your intercession.

3. I attended the online Novena service last Saturday, where the priest referred to a complaint letter that he used in his homily about entitlement and privilege. That stuck in in my mind and heart. In my marriage, work and friendships through my 60+ years, I too thought, behaved and lived totally ENTITLED!! I felt that I was smarter, faster, and more competent than everyone else, and that my way, thoughts and beliefs were right and thus felt entitled that everyone should follow me. In that 10 minutes of the homily, God humbled me and made me realise that all I had were God’s gifts to me to be shared with others for His will and glory. I am truly sorry for misusing, abusing and taking for granted all the gifts that God has bestowed on me.

Few weeks ago I asked you to pray for my baby who has a heart murmur. 2 days ago he went for his appointment with the cardiologist and did an ultrasound and ECG. Dr confirmed that his murmur is benign and he can live a normal life. Praise and thank God and thank you Mother for your intercession.

I lost my job at the age of 58. I was not ready for retirement and worried what lays ahead with less financial security. Fast forward to today. I understand now that God wanted me to slow down and rest (I was diagnosed with AFib, a heart condition one month after I was let go), find peace within myself, reignite my faith and give back to society. I signed my letter of offer yesterday. My whole life career has always been guided by you Lord, with the intercession of our Blessed Mother. Keep me grounded always and in your embrace.

I am eternally grateful to God’s miracle that my daughter got posted to Singapore Poly, which is the most accessible from my house. It’s indeed a miracle as this is the only course that she had qualified in Singapore Poly and especially given her prelim/ ‘O’ level results. Please intercede for her that she will enjoy this course as well as the poly, excel in her studies and able to pursue a university degree.
