Once again you came to my aid when I called on you. I was financially stretched last month and didn’t know how to raise more money. I couldn’t take another loan and could see no way out. I prayed to find a way out and, miraculously, money that was owed to me came in the nick of time. It felt like it was heaven-sent. I know it was your intercession at work and I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. You look after even the most worthless of souls. Thank you so much. With much love & devotion.
Your daughter.
2. Mother,
I have been an ungrateful child. I forgot about all the prayers that have been answered and lamented about the unanswered prayers. I thank God for the funding that I have received for my study, I thank God for all the awards that I received last year, the good friends that I made, the good health I have, and many more. I have always told people that I am a person with a lot of good luck, and I forgot that these are all God’s loving gifts. Thank you, Lord. Thank you, my Mother.
Your thankful child
3. Thank you, Mother, for your love, patience and protection. Thank you for teaching me gratitude, empathy, strength, compassion and charity for my family, my friends, and relatives, and for helping me during trying times. Thank you for good jobs, family harmony, good health, joy, hope and love for one another. And I pray for safety here and in Japan.
Your child.
4. Dear Mother Mary,
Thank you for helping my son in his Year 2 results. Please watch over him for his Year 3 in university. I pray that he will meet the results he wants to achieve. Please guide him in whatever he does.
Your loving daughter.
5. Dear Mother Mary,
We thank God for His continued blessings on our family, particularly on our son. We are very grateful for your intercession, which enabled us to complete our trip to the Holy Land this month, which we promised our son. We feel truly blessed to have walked the paths Jesus did while on earth, and to have a deeply meaningful and spiritual pilgrimage. Please continue to keep all of us in your care, particularly my son as he plans his semester abroad.
Your loving Catholic son.
6. Dear Mother Mary,
Thank you for your protection over me these past few months. After finding a dark pigment in my nail, my doctor recommended a biopsy. In the lead up to the procedure, I was very stressed as there is a history of cancer in my family. The procedure was very painful, and recovery was tough. Thankfully, through your intercession, there were no cancerous cells found, and my nail has since healed. I am very grateful for a clean bill of health! Thank you for your protection, dear Mother.
Your thankful daughter.
7. Dearest Mother,
I am thankful that my dad managed to celebrate his 83rd birthday recently at home. I am very grateful that he still remembers my name when I visit him, although he’s suffering from an advanced stage of dementia and Parkison’s disease. When the time comes for him to go back to the Lord, I pray that it will be a painless and happy experience for him. May we, his children, come to terms with it as we will miss him dearly. Please intercede for his good health, a stable condition and happiness.
Your ever grateful Catholic daughter.
8. Dearest Mother Mary,
I would like to give my utmost thanks to you for always praying for me and lifting my prayers to our Lord Jesus Christ. After a year of praying for a job and feeling hopeless, I have finally found full-time employment and have also found a wonderful Catholic girlfriend. Thank you, Jesus and Mother Mary, for always being by my side and guiding me through the darkness, showing me the light at the end. Dearest mother, please continue to pray for me and my loved ones.
Your eternally grateful and faithful son.
9. Thank you to our dear lady of Perpetual Help for interceding for us to our Lord and granting us our petition. Your faithfulness to our desires shows your deep love for each of your children. We continue to grasp at your hand during challenging times but today we rejoice with our answered prayers for passing the US Medical Board Exams. May he use this gift as a physician to help the poor and all who are always sick and suffering and for the greater glory of God. Amen.
