1. Dearest Mother,
I started the 9 weeks of Novena hoping that my partner and I can work things out after a rough patch. I am still feeling conflicted and not at peace. I hope for you to intercede for me, and allow me to be patient and trust the path the Lord has set out for me. Amen.

2. Dear Mother,
I pray for your intercession to heal and restore my broken family. My often drunk husband has threatened to kill my son, driving him out of our home with a kitchen knife. I too fear for my safety even in my own home. I have always prayed for them, and continue to do so. I can only leave them in the hands of your dear Son Jesus and you our loving Mother. Please touch their hearts and help my family. Thank you, dear Mother.

3. Dearest Mother of Perpetual Help,
Pls pray for my son and those children who have wandered away from God’s love and guidance. Pls pray for God’s spirit to stir in their hearts, drawing them back to Him.

4. Dearest Mother,
I have returned to the Novena devotions after many, many years. I am so sorry that I did not show you the love that you have shown me. I pray that I may continue to visit you in your shrine. Being near you gives me strength and courage to face my difficulties. I wish to continue my prayers for my grandson. I have attended only two novenas so far and put in my petition for him. His behaviour has improved and the struggle we face in handling him has eased so much. Thank you, dearest Mother, and please continue to bless him so that he can overcome his struggles too. I love you, my dearest Mother.

5. Dearest Mother Mary,
I humbly seek your intercession for my son to get a good job here in Singapore, so that he can relocate back home with the family. Mother Mary, please help us.

6. Dear Mother,
Thank you for the many blessings showered upon my family and me through your kind intercession to Jesus, your Son. Please continue to intercede to Jesus so that I, my husband, children, mother-in-law and all our extended family members may enjoy the blessings of good health and be kept safe from harm and danger always. Please look after my husband who had a gastric bypass 11 years ago and a heart bypass 10 years ago. He also went through an angioplasty last year. Help us to manage my mother-in-law’s mental and physical health issues successfully. And help me also to have a better relationship with her. Please also help me to maintain good health of mind and body. I will be going for two routine health screenings soon. I pray for a clean bill of health.

7. My marriage has gone through a very difficult and painful period. My husband had been emotionally checked out for a year and refused to spend time or engage with the family or me. I’ve been feeling so alone in my marriage, and became emotionally overwhelmed at the sudden death of my brother-in-law, leaving my younger sister a widow with 2 teenage boys. It all became too difficult for me to handle emotionally – to be there for my family and my sister, and I took it out on my husband, asking him to leave our home on 25 Mar, as I was in deep hurt and pain, having tried so hard to reconnect with him and communicate my emotions, insecurities and anxiety. It was a very deep and intense moment which I regretted. I called him back home 24 hours later, but he has refused to answer the phone and come home till today, although he is committed to caring for our 17 yrs old son and paying house bills. I want my family to reunite, for us to reconcile and be a complete family again. We have been together for 20 years. I pray for your intercession, dearest Mother, to bless our family and bring peace to our home again.

8. Dear Mother Mary,
I pray for the well-being of every child and their parents, teachers, management and admin personnel in schools. Through your intercession, may they experience the merciful love of God wherever they may be.
9. Dearest Mother Mary,
I come to you in shame for the times that I doubted you. I am very sorry because I know you will always pray for us. I am very lost, I have an impending police case that is not settled, my job is hanging in the air and I have not applied for any jobs because I do not know where I am heading. My body is in a mess of pain and anxiety. My brain is everywhere, please I beg you Mother to intercede for my future which is so uncertain now and for the police case that I pray will bring some good news. Please work a miracle in my life, God, I implore you. Tomorrow I am meeting my boss and I pray for you to be there with me to hold and carry me through everything she will say to me. Please help me!

10. Dearest Mother,
My sister and I are estranged from my brother, sister-in-law and nephews. Years and years of frustration, disappointments, differing views, lack of communication and interaction, whilst living under the same roof, through no choice of ours but due to financial circumstances, have led to numerous arguments and our relationship now appears to be irreparable. Nothing is, however, impossible to your Son. Please intercede to him to bring about healing and reconciliation in my family.

11. Dearest Mother,
I feel really down and sad. My husband is suffering. He is unable to get a good night’s sleep, is suffering from depression, anxiety and tinnitus amongst other issues. He is dealing with all these things whilst trying to find suitable employment after being forced to retire last year. I feel sad and worried seeing him struggling to cope and to find motivation to get through each day. Our relationship has also been impacted. Please Dear Mother intercede to your Son for healing of body, mind, emotions and spirit for my husband and for him to find suitable employment that will not only build him up again but allow me to go home to visit my family.

12. Dear Mama Mary and Papa Joseph,
I pray for your intercession for the following intentions I and my husband lost our child in miscarriage in December. We pray for complete healing in our heart and body, and we pray for the gift of a first child in our family. We long for raising our child and showering them with love and affection. If God allows the gift of child in our family, we promise to raise them deep in Catholic faith and offer them to God to allow them to answer God’s will in their life including religious life. We also pray for successful closing deals with our potential clients. I pray for my husband to be able to experience healing, forgiveness and to break free from his childhood trauma and toxic abusive family. I also pray that I could have solution in dispute with my mother especially about the family asset and inheritance. Please answer my prayer, O merciful God. Amen
