1. Thanking God for the gift of another year and for opportunities to grow. Thank you for your unwavering love and blessings in life. Please continue to watch over me and lead me on the right path.
2. Lord, I thank you for leading me back to you. Through RCIA, Christian Meditation, prayer and rosary, you have changed my heart and given me peace. Thank you for my family who have seen this change and walked with me. I am especially grateful that my daughter has begun this journey in faith. Keep my family close to you always.
3. Dear Mother Mary,
With gratitude in our hearts, we thank you for the safe arrival of our baby girl through a normal delivery last week. From the very beginning of the pregnancy, we came to you in prayer, asking for a healthy child and a smooth delivery. Even in the face of last-minute complications, through God’s grace, your loving intercession, and the guidance of St. Gerard Majella, everything went well. As a husband, witnessing this journey felt truly miraculous. Thank you, Mother, for your constant love, protection, and guidance.
Your loving son
4. Dearest Mother Mary,
My God-daughter was diagnosed with cancer some 2 months ago. I prayed for her healing and had written a petition to you to intercede to your Son Jesus to heal her. She went for Chemo treatment, and underwent a 16 hours operation 2 weeks ago. I praise and thank the Lord for a successful surgery. She said she is healing well and she is mobile and recuperating at home. Thank you, Mother Mary, for your kind intercession and my gratitude to Jesus for His mercy and compassion for my god-daughter. I pray for her complete healing. Thank you Mother Mary.
Your loving Catholic Daughter
5. Dearest Mother Mary,
Sorry for the belated thanksgiving letter. After more than 8 months of looking for a job, and not receiving responses, my husband will finally start work next week. We are thankful for the intercession, comfort and love you gave to our family of 6. We are thankful that I also returned to work a month ago to further help with the expenses. It was not an easy adjustment after being a stay-at-home mum for more than a decade. But you have stayed close to me and to my family. Thank you for offering me strength in this difficult stage of our lives and teaching us to trust in God’s plans for each of us. Thank you for helping us to relieve some financial stress and worries finally. Thank you for bonding our family closer and to you and our lord Jesus during our trying period. We thank you and Jesus for giving us love and faith. Thank you, O loving Mother Mary!
6. Dearest Mother,
My heart is full of gratitude for your constant intercession, protection and graces you have dispensed over me and my family these 60+ years. Thank you for being with us through our darkest seasons:- First. For my younger daughter’s healing from severe eczema and school struggles. She’s now nearing uni graduation, a confident and kind young lady. Second. For the doors you’ve opened for my elder daughter’s career and helping her with finding a supportive life partner. Third. For a successful surgery and recovery from my hip replacement surgery. I am especially thankful for my husband’s progress and recent discharge from medical care for his bipolar disorder. Your motherly love and care are always present in our home. Thank you, Mother, for never leaving our side.
Your loving daughter
7. Dear Mother of Perpetual Help,
I thank you for your intercession as I have successfully completed my bachelor’s degree. You were along with me no matter how difficult and challenging the journey was. Whenever I felt lonely you were with me guiding and motivating me to not give up and to focus on my goals. I am grateful for that and I will forever keep that precious bond with you throughout my lifetime.
Your Loving Son
8. Dearest Mother,
Your daughter gives thanks. In September 2024, I had come to pray for your intercession for my grandmother, that either she be given strength to overcome her illness or that she be delivered from her suffering. She passed away the very next day, surrounded by loved ones, after a long struggle with her illness. Thank you for receiving and hearing my petition. Thank you for journeying with me through my grief, and for being there in the times of darkness when I resented having asked for your intercession. Thank you, Blessed Mother, for seeing my hurt and loving me through my flaws.
