Thanksgiving – 28 February 2026

1. Dear Mother Mary,

Thank you very much for your powerful intercession. The orthopedic spine specialist advised me that I do not need any follow-up with him on my spine condition. I hope that the tingling and numbness sensation will eventually cease from bi-weekly sessions at the chiropractor in the coming weeks. Once again, thank you Mother Mary for your intercession.

2. Dear Mother,

Thank you very much for protecting us, and keeping us living in love and building meaningful relationships around us. Life has been indeed enriching, through reflection and pondering deep within ourselves. Without you and our son, life would be incomplete. No matter what we do and how great or well we are, the question “so what” remains. We are happy to visit Novena for devotion every Saturday. Thank you, Mother.

3. Dearest Mother of Perpetual Help,

I want to thank you for all the intercessions and answered prayers for my wife. Today is her 60th birthday. May you continue to pray for her that she will always be in good health and happiness. And that her faith in God will grow as she ages over the many years ahead. Thank You Mother, Thank You Jesus.

4. Thank you, Mother Mary, for interceding for my son’s healing and change of heart, from being outright angry to now being able to at least acknowledge and answer me. It has been 5 years, and it’s been difficult for me and my wife. Weak as I am, I often fall. However, I try not to lose faith and I’m very glad to finally see some light at the end of the dark tunnel. Thank you for your prayers together with the angels, to God, who so graciously granted so many miracles, and answers every time we are desperate. All I can say is my wife and I are ever so grateful.

5. Dear Mama Mary,

My family and I thank you for the favourable results of my CT scan.  We prayed that the results would show that the cancer has not spread any further despite the delay in my surgery date. Praise God! For other than some growth in the tumour size, all other areas appear to be clear. Thank you, Mother Mary, for your constant intercession, praying for our wellbeing and watching over us in our hour of need.

6. Dear Mother Mary,

You have always interceded for us sinners and I don’t know how much I can show my gratitude. Thank you for securing a job for my husband and securing an interview for my friend at their desired workplaces. Mother Mary, Thank you.

7. Dear Mother Mary.

When there were problems about possible retrenchment at work and problems with insufficient finances to support my family, I was depressed and at a loss in the middle of last year. I turned closer to God and submitted a petition to you to help me and my family. I also went for 9 Novenas in the course of 3 months. Throughout this period, I was comforted by Jesus’s and your loving presence in my life. You helped my family cut down on our expenses and start living a simpler life. You also gave my family a windfall in January this year, which helped our financial situation immensely. Thank you, Mother Mary and your son, Jesus for sustaining me spiritually during these past 6 difficult months and for resolving my work and family’s financial situation.

8. Dearest Mother,

With sincere gratitude, we thank you for answering our prayer for our son to secure a permanent job. We started attending the Novena again at the start of the year and in the 5th week, he received news of this wonderful blessing. We know it was through your powerful intercession to our Lord Jesus that this was made possible. We love you.

9. Dearest Mother,

I thank you from the bottom of my heart for my recent MRI & blood tests results of which are good and that I was not having a Cancer relapse. I was hospitalized for excruciating leg pain and doctors feared I could be having a relapse. I prayed for your intercession to Jesus and at the last-minute doctors confirmed it was not. Thank you once again Mother.

Your loving daughter

10. Dearest Mother Mary,

Today my heart overflows with thanksgiving. I have just received a call from my doctor that my PET scan is clear on a Chinese New Year eve. What a beautiful gift of hope and new beginnings. Thank you for praying for me and with me, and for bringing my petitions to your Son, my Saviour, Jesus Christ. His mercy and grace have granted me total healing from the cervical cancer diagnosed in May last year. All glory belongs to Him.
