Thanksgiving – 24 January 2026

1. Dearest Mama Mary,

Thank you for all your guidance and protection as we mark our 33rd wedding anniversary. We have been through so many ups and downs but you have been with us through it all. Please continue to pray and cover us with your mantle of protection as we carry our cross and continue on this journey towards your son Jesus.

2. Thank you, Mother Mary, through your intersection to Jesus Christ, I was able to get a job. I attended the 9 weeks Novena and managed to secure the job in my 9th week. I am so grateful and happy to finally find a job in the field that I wanted. Please pray for me in this job to perform my duties well.

3. Dearest Mother,

Thank you for your blessings and guidance for my family in 2025. It had been a challenging year, but you helped and guided us through. We are grateful for the blessings that we have received, thank you Mother!

4. Dearest Mother of Perpetual Help,

Thank you once again for interceding for me. The latest scan of my Stage 4 liver cancer showed that the cancer has shrunk! It was disappointing this past year when scans had shown no change. I know this would not have been possible without your prayers to Jesus. Please continue to pray for me that the cancer will go into remission soon. Eternally grateful.

5. Dear Mother,

I just got my test results from the hospital. I thank God that my results are all normal. and for blessing me with good health. Praise be the Lord.

6. Dearest Mother Mary,

I’ve received great news today. Thank you for helping me with my work in the last quarter of 2025. My manager told me that I had over-achieved my goals for the final quarter of 2025. I was facing financial difficulties, and my prayers were answered through my work. Without your intercession, I would not have been able to achieve this amidst what is happening at home. Thank you for always being around. Loving you always.

7. Dear Mother of Perpetual Help,

2 weeks ago, I came here to Novena church with a heavy heart after my doctor told me that I needed a thyroid biopsy. I sought your intercession to your Son, Jesus Christ that the results will be normal. Yesterday, I got my results, and the tumour is benign. Thank you so much, my Mother, for interceding for me. God is really amazing!

8. Dear Mother Mary,

I came here last year to pray for my son who was going to write his PSLE exams He has received very good results and got admission in one of the best schools here. Thank you, Mother.

9. Mother of Perpetual Help,

I have spent so much time, carelessly begging You for more intercessions, without realising that the prayers You had always graciously interceded on my behalf, were answered in so many ways but I was too blind to see. Through all those challenging times, I had always failed to give You thanks for blessing me with the strength to get through them. Mother Mary, my whole life is a big thanksgiving prayer to You.

10. Dear Mama Mary,

My fervent gratitude for answering my intercession for my lung CT scan results to be stable with no intervention needed. After my successful surgery to remove a cancer in my thyroid, my prayers are answered once again. I am so blessed with your love and mercy. Thank you!

11. Dearest mama,

Sorry for writing this letter late. Thank you for the past year 2025. For my health checks with minimal problem, for my son’s O-level result for my daughter’s job, and most for my husband’s miracle, healing and conversion to be your child. And also thank you for saving my marriage. Though I’ve not been coming to Novena as regularly, you have always heard my prayer, and I continue to feel at peace whenever I come to you. Thank you for always interceding and praying for me and my family. Mother continue to keep us in prayer as we move on to this.

12. 亲爱的圣母妈妈，感谢您的转祷，我唯一未婚的老二在去年六月顺利领受婚姻圣事，找到了人生的伴侣。媳妇不是教友但也跟我们一起上教堂。祈求圣母继续为她代祷，让她很快也能安排时间参加慕道班，然后领洗加入教会。我们家也藉着她回国内摆酒 藉度过了一个美丽的假期，增进了家人之间的感情。 藉着圣母妈妈的转祷，去年我也顺利卖掉我在中国的房产，放下了心头的大石，让困扰我多年的问题得到解决，让我得到释放。 我也感谢圣母妈妈的转祷，让在岁末感染肺炎的先生能及时发现病情得到治疗，住院期间巧逢圣诞节，他也能得到医生的准许出院跟家人一起庆祝。 回顾我七十多年的人生，时时都有圣母妈妈的照顾，遇到困难都有圣母的帮助，真是感激不尽。在此深深感谢你，我的好母亲。 你的女儿

Thank you for your intercession. My only unmarried second child successfully received the Sacrament of Marriage in June last year and found a life partner. My daughter-in-law is not Catholic, but she also goes to church with us. I also thank you for your intercession that my husband, who caught pneumonia at the end of the year, was able to discover his condition in time and receive treatment. Looking back on my more than seventy years of life, you have always cared for me, and whenever I faced difficulties, you have always helped me. I am truly deeply grateful.
