I’m sad that two of my 3 children have stopped going to church. Their stand is that it is more important to be good people. It saddens me greatly. Please ask your dear son Jesus, dearest Mother, to change my children’s hearts. May they attend masses in church more faithfully and bring up their children to embrace the Catholic faith by putting their children through Catechism, so they may receive their due sacraments. Thank you, dearest Mother.

2. Dear Mother Mary,
I humbly place my beloved mother under your loving protection as she suffers from brain cancer and faces difficulty in walking and speaking. Please intercede for her before your Son, that she may receive healing, strength, and peace in her body and spirit. Comfort her in her pain, calm her fears, and surround her with your motherly care. I also ask you to watch over our family, praying for courage, patience, and faith as we trust in God’s loving will. Our Lady of Perpetual Help, pray for us. Amen.
3. Dearest Mother of Perpetual Help,
We pray for God’s grace, protection and favor to be upon our younger girl who will be starting her second medical posting as house officer at NUH. We pray for guidance, wisdom and clarity of mind as she navigates through the posting and that God arranges kind and helpful colleagues, seniors and consultants for her. We pray that she will continue to do well with her patients. We submit our daughter into the loving hands of the Lord. In Jesus name, Amen.
4. Dear Mother Mary,
I am currently in RCIY, but I will be enlisting in the army soon. I am worried that I won’t be able to attend the RCIY sessions and eventually receive the Sacraments of Initiation. Please intercede for me for the graces to persevere in the journey of becoming Catholic.

5. Dear Mama Mary,
I ask for your intercession for my journey with my fiancée towards the sacrament of marriage in July 2027. We are struggling with many things right now such as financing the wedding, securing a mortgage/finding a home and my fiancée’s physical/mental health. We’re feeling very anxious about how we can figure all this out in the next 18 months. Please pray for us that we may stay resilient and patient as we navigate through these next months.

I have an interview with a good company this coming Tuesday. I humbly ask for your prayers—that, if it is God’s will, the interview may go well and I will get the job. Please intercede for me so that I may speak clearly, answer wisely, and carry myself with confidence and peace.

I seek your intercession for my daughter’s O-level results. Although she was struggling and not focused in the beginning of 2025, it is through the grace of God that she started to work hard in the middle of the year. I pray that her hard work towards the end will lead her to a course that would fit her. If it be God’s will, may her results open up possibilities that do not seem possible. Thank you, dearest Mother, for your unfailing help and intercession.

I ask you to intercede for my 2 adult children who had a quarrel and have not been talking to each other for a few years. As a result of this we have not had family meals or being together for quite a while. As parents, this is heart-breaking. I ask for your intercession for them to forgive each other and reconcile.
