7. Dear Mary of Perpetual Help,
I am writing this letter to thank you for your care and concern for my brother-in-law and his friends who went mountain-climbing recently. My brother-in-law and his friend ran into difficulties and were in dire straits, but through your intercession, brave people rescued them and brought them safely down the mountain with little to no injuries. Although, my brother-in-law lost another friend on that trip, I believe that you were with him. Photographs of him showed that he was happy with his achievement, and the brave rescuers who went up the mountain could retrieve his body where he fell, and his body could be returned to Singapore. All these would not have been possible without God’s grace and mercy, and your intercession. I now pray for your intercession, dearest Mother to help my brother-in-law and his friends from the trauma they experienced on the mountain as well as from the sudden loss of their other friend. I also ask, dearest Mother, to help the family and loved ones of the dearly departed friend to grieve and heal from their loss.

8. Dear Mother Mary,
I am writing this thanksgiving letter to express my gratefulness as a small miracle happened in our lives today. We were facing financial issues as my contract had ended and I have been searching for a job for some time. I happened to seek financial help, and unexpectedly a staff gave us some groceries and, most importantly, cash that we honestly did not expect at all. Mother, this is truly your doing because without your intercession, my family and I would not have received this unexpected miracle in our lives. Once again, thank you so much.

11. Dearest Mother Mary,
I was diagnosed with a rare heart cancer known as angiosarcoma last year in September and the prognosis is unsurprisingly very poor, given the limited number of drugs currently available in the pharmaceutical industry to effectively cure this cancer. This cancer is therefore considered medically incurable since the cancer cells typically do not respond to the existing chemotherapy drugs. By the grace of God, my wife and I were introduced to Novena Church by our friends and we have been coming for the Devotion every week since then. We would like to thank Mother Mary for her ongoing intercession in praying for the miracle thar we desperately need, blessing us with the best medical and radiology oncologists in Singapore. The size of my heart tumour has reduced in size significantly post-proton therapy and the oncologist opines that it would soon be under remission. We are extremely grateful for this miraculous outcome and we continue praying for a complete recovery so that we can continue to do good deeds for the less fortunate and vindicate miracles do exist so long as our faith in Jesus remains steadfast and unshaken. Thank you so much for your unconditional love.

I would like to thank you for journeying with me through all the moments of my life. I just finished a busy school semester, one of the last courses of my programme, while struggling work and family responsibilities. Thank you for keeping me sane. It would not be possible with the Lord’s blessings and your intercession. Thank you also for protecting me from the abuse and harm that I could have received. Whenever my fear starts to appear, I pray to you and the Lord and immediately fell calm. I trust in your prayers and love for me. I trust in the Lord’s grace and unending love for all of us.
