I come before you with a heart overflowing with gratitude and love. Your steadfast prayers have brought remarkable changes in my husband, son and daughter. With each passing day, I witness their behaviour improving and I attribute this transformation to your loving intercession. Mother Mary, to you who understands the intricacies of the challenges we face, I am immensely grateful for your guidance and support. Your prayers have ignited a spark of change within my loved ones, leading them closer to the path of righteousness and grace. As I reflect on the journey we have embarked upon, I am reminded of your unwavering presence in our lives. Your gentle whispers of encouragement and your maternal embrace have provided us with strength and hope during the darkest of times. I thank you, Mother Mary, for your unceasing prayers and for never giving up on us, even when we faltered. Your love knows no bounds, and for that I am eternally grateful.
Your Loving Daughter.
2. Dear Mother,
My father returned to the Lord last week as he was not well for the past year. I would like to thank you for always listening to my prayers. One week before he passed on, I came to your shrine and prayed that he would have peace. Everything is beautiful in God’s time and he died in peace surrounded by his children and grandchild.
Your Catholic Daughter.
3. Dear Mother Mary,
Thank you for praying for my brother-in-law. He has a family to support and has had great difficulty finding employment since a year ago. Recently, he received a potential job opportunity and it is a job that he loves.
Your Loving Daughter.
4. Dearest Mother,
Thank you for all that you have done for me and my family throughout these years. We wouldn’t be here today without your intercession. Thank you for always being there, even when we didn’t acknowledge you or thank you. I want to thank you for all that I have and for always being there for me.
Your Grateful Son.
5. Dearest Mother Mary,
Thank you for always guiding me in everything that I do.
Your Loving Daughter.
6. Dear Mother Mary,
Last year I came to your shrine to intercede on behalf of my three friends who had miscarriages at different times two years ago. I prayed that if it was God’s may they have children they so wanted. A year later, all three of them are expecting, and the pregnancies are going well. One of them is delivering this week and the other two in a few months’ time. This has even brought one of them back to Church. I know that surely this is through your intercession. Thank you, dearest Mother, for looking after us and for your unfailing help.
Your Catholic Daughter.
7. Dear Mother Mary,
I come before you with a heart overflowing with gratitude. Two years ago, I was involved in a car accident that changed my life. The penalties I faced were severe and the prospect of a jail term had loomed over me. Yet through it all, you and your Son were my refuge and strength. Thank you for the guidance and perseverance granted to my lawyers who fought tirelessly on my behalf. I am grateful also for the wisdom and mercy shown by the judge, who ultimately decided on a sentence of a fine and a five-years disqualification, instead of imprisonment. This outcome is nothing short of miraculous and I recognize your intercession in this decision. May Jesus bless all those who supported and prayed for me during this challenging time.
Your Grateful Child.
8. Dearest Mother Mary,
Thank you for inspiring and encouraging me to sign up for the RCIA last year and, more importantly, for sustaining me throughout the 9-months journey without a single absence. I was baptised last month, and I now feel deeply connected. Last week I came to pray for a new-born in the family, who had suddenly stopped breathing and was diagnosed with meningitis in the ICU. AS I knelt and prayed, I felt the Holy Spirit comforting me and giving me assurance. Two days ago, the baby’s life support was removed and he was transferred to the normal ward. He looked so adorable with his eyes wide open and he was even able to hold his milk bottle himself. I thank you for your intercession, mercy and amazing help, Mother. Our God is good indeed and our God is real.
