I like to thank you so much for answering my prayers for my son. My son is studying overseas and he had difficulty passing an exam. We prayed for your intercession. Three weeks ago, my son said that he might fail the exam again as he could not manage. We continued praying to you. Last week, he informed us that he PASSED the exam. We are so happy and grateful that he managed to pull through.
Your Loving Son.
2. Dearest Mother of Perpetual Help,
Thank you for everything which you have interceded for me – past and present. As I came to your shrine, memories of the past flooded my mind as I recalled the period of when I was jobless and was at a loss. Miracle after miracle happened which helped to sustain me through the difficult time. With the latest episode of a health scare, I thank you once again for giving me the courage as I prayed the rosary to make a decision. It’s amazing considering I haven’t prayed the rosary for ages. I have not lost you! Mother, I am still at the crossroads trying to figure out God’s plan for me as I navigate different life paths which honestly have brought me some ups and downs. There were moments when I was frustrated with God for all these sufferings. But, I am thankful at the same time for allowing me to feel His and your presence in times like these. I may have suffered but God didn’t give up on me. This is what gives me great comfort. I am not sure how my life will pan out down the road, but definitely I am very grateful for coming to know you and the Lord.
Your Grateful Catholic Child.
3. Dear Mother Mary,
Last Wednesday I suddenly had a bleeding and went to the A&E. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 5 years. I had a miscarriage last year and this time I am 7 weeks pregnant. We had just attended the St. Gerard Majella prayer service. Sitting at the hospital, I prayed to St. Gerard to keep my baby safe. The scan showed that the baby was safe and that I needed more rest. Thank you, Mother Mary, I knew it was you who interceded for me and I know that this is a miracle. I will constantly pray to St. Gerard and you till my baby is born.
Your ever-Grateful Daughter.
4. Dear Mother Mary,
I thank you and our Lord Jesus Christ for looking after my loved ones. Thank you for your prayers and intercession, especially for healing my father. He was hospitalised for three months, suffering from so many organ and blood issues due to a severe Covid 19 infection. Over the last couple of months, he has steadily recovered his health.
Your Loving Child.
5. Dearest Mother Mary,
I want to thank you for my mental health. I prayed daily that my health will be stable and only focus on good things that will help me improve my life. I have been doing well the past few days despite of some disturbance. Thank you so much for being with me in my sufferings and also in my happiness.
Your Daughter.
6. Dear Mother Mary,
I sent a petition to you a few weeks ago to ask you to help my grand-daughter do well in her final exams. I am so pleased that you have answered my prayers. When she received her results, she was surprised that she did very well in all her subjects including passing her Chinese which she has never passed before. She also the top in her class for literature. Mother Mary, I thank you with all my heart for this.
Your Loving Son.
7. Dearest Mother Mary,
We thank you and the angels for watching over our son while he was alone in the NICU ward. We had been very concerned as he was often alone in the ward. Despite this he has grown well and strong. We are thankful that the initial heart condition we were so worried about has gotten better and we are finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel where he can finally come home with us.
Your Grateful Children.
8. Dear Mother of Perpetual Help,
Thank you for your prayers. Our daughter gave us a beautiful and healthy baby grandson. He arrived just before they had to move to their new house. The move was also smooth and safe. Thank you once again.
Your Loving Children.
9. Dearest Mother Mary,
Thank you for hearing my prayers. I have strayed far, far away from the Lord and had too much pride to admit it. By coming to the Novena Church and asking for your intercession, you gently nudged me back towards the Lord. You reminded me of how much You trusted in Jesus and I needed to surrender and trust as well. Mother, I took my test today. After learning that I made some mistakes I was discouraged but I am grateful that you were with me, praying for me. Thank you, Mother, for hearing my prayers and helping me to give my best. Thank you, Mother, for praying for my grandparents and for my family. Thank you for bringing me back to God.
Your Daughter.
10. Dearest Mother,
Thank you for your intercession. I have become one of the high performers in our team, especially after I came to pray here at Novena. I can find the peace and strength when coming here to pray and at Mass and in gratitude, would like to share the blessings by praying for all who are looking for work or progression in their work or areas of focus.
