Thanksgiving – 5 Sep 2020

1. Dearest Mother Mary,

Thank you very much for granting recovery for my husband. His blood test showed tremendous improvement and the medication can be reduced. He may not be completely healed yet but I believe in your intercession that he will be healed completely. Please also pray that he will give up his smoking habit and come back to Church.

 Your Daughter.

2. Dear Mother of Perpetual Help,

Thank you very much for being there for me during my recent tooth extraction. I know that without you being there, I would have been so fearful. However, I was comforted knowing you were with me throughout the extraction.

 Your Loving Daughter.

3. Dearest Mother Mary,

This thanksgiving letter is long overdue. I am very grateful to you for granting me this job which I have stayed with for over 25 years. In fact, I am into my 31st year and I am very grateful to you for guiding me and seeing me through the trials during the company’s restructurings. Every year beyond my 25 years is a blessing from you. I know without you it would have been impossible.

Your Grateful Daughter.

4. Dearest Mother,

A week ago I asked for your intercession to guide me through a difficult weekend. Thank you for giving me the strength to get through it and for walking by my side. Thank you for protecting my grandmother throughout her 10-week stay in the hospital and keeping her safe. Thank you for always watching over us.

Your Loving Daughter.

5. Dearest Mother Mary,

Thank you for praying for me. I took no pay leave from work because of my medical condition and my studies. I got straight As for all my papers and I am well rested. I went back to work and have joined a new team and even got a promotion. Dear Mother, thank you so much for being with me.

Your Child.

6. Dearest Mother,

I know you have been with me through my childhood and now in my adult years. I also know that my parents are with you and your Son. I want to thank you for allowing me to get a job even at the age of 55. I know you have always been with me and you will always be with me in the next phase of my life.

Your Grateful Child.

7. Dearest Mother Mary,

Thank you for interceding for my daughter. She has done well in her first term exams and this is only possible because of your prayers and the guidance of the Holy Spirit. I also want to thank you for interceding so that she can continue studying online for the next semester especially during this Covid-19 situation.

Your Daughter.

8. Dearest Mama Mary,

Thank you for interceding for me to your Son, our Lord Jesus. I had been unemployed since January this year when our company closed down. With the current pandemic finding a new job was more difficult and considering my age, it was more difficult. I was so helpless suddenly. Last month, an agency called me and arranged an interview with a prospective employer and I was employed and will be starting work on 14th August. The salary is way below compared to my previous job but I consider it a miracle and am grateful. I will be 61 years old next month and I still feel great and I thank God for giving me good health.

Your Ever Grateful and Devoted Son.
