TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Rental Rates
  • $ 150 per hour
Seating Capacity
  • 130 pax

COLLECTION AND RETURN OF KEYS

  • Before 6pm, keys are to be collected at the office reception at least 15 minutes before the scheduled use of the booked time, and returned once the booked time ends, or when the use of the facility is no longer required, whichever is earlier.
  • After 6pm, collection of keys will be pre-arranged as the office closes at 6pm.
  • Keys are to be returned to the reception office by 10pm.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

  • A prior notice of at least 3 days (calendar days) ahead of the scheduled date is required for any cancellations.

EQUIPMENT

  • Organ, TV screens, an audio-visual system inclusive of microphones will be provided.

BEFORE RETURN OF KEYS

  • Please switch off the lights and air-conditioning in the room(s) after the event.
