Thanksgiving – 12 Dec 2020

1. Dearest Mother Mary,

Sorry that this thanksgiving letter is so late. I just want to thank you for your intercession. My mother fell in July and fractured her pelvic bone. She was in much pain for the next few weeks. Later she also developed urinary problems. I prayed to our Lord Jesus Christ and also asked for your intercession. She has recovered completely from her urinary problems and her pelvic bone is healed. Mother Mary, thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping my mother.

Your Grateful Catholic Daughter.

2. Dear Mother of Perpetual Help,

I sent in a petition seeking your intercession for a spinal issue which caused me to suffer a lot of pain and discomfort especially at night resulting in my being unable to sleep or even lie down for too long. Walking on some days was also difficult. I prayed to you Mother and I prayed the rosary seeking your help. I consulted a doctor and after 1 month of medication, I am now back to normal. The pain has gone away completely. I feel that I have a new lease of life and can now sleep, lie down and walk without pain. Thank you so much Mother for your help. I had gone through many months of pain and anxiety as I was worried about having to go through an operation and now, I am totally well. Thank you, dearest Mother.

Your Ever-Grateful Child.

3. Dearest Mother Mary,

I would like to thank you for giving us a home for my family. Now, we are having our renovation done and very soon we can move into our own home with our 3 kids. And thank you for the opportunities to earn our income this year.

Your Child.

4. Dearest Mother,

Words cannot express my heartfelt gratitude. Thank you for praying and interceding for my daughters. A few weeks ago, I wrote a petition and started the Advent Novena. My petition was that my daughters study hard and do well in their final exams. Thanks to your intercession both of them scored good marks and got their top 5 award. This would not have been possible without your prayers.

Your Loving and Grateful Daughter.

5. Dearest Mother Mary,

After nearly 5 months of not working and searching for a job, I finally landed a 6-month contract. All this would not have been possible without your intercession. Even though I am anxious about the new start into unfamiliar work, I am grateful for this opportunity especially the alleviation of the financial stress. Please continue to intercede for me and my family.

Your Grateful Son.

6. Dearest Mother,

I started attending Novena about 3 years ago. It has done immense goodness for me as it is where I can find comfort and solace. I want to thank you for your protection and intercession even though I’m not such a faithful Catholic. I am very grateful that I could turn to you in times of difficulties and challenges. You gave me inner strength to ride through those times and helped me through them. Thank you my dearest Mother.

Your Loving Catholic Child.

7. Dearest Mother Mary,

I am ever grateful for your prayers and intercession to our Lord for my sweet, healthy baby boy. Thank you, dearest Mother and please pray that my baby boy and all of us will continue to be safe, healthy and protected.

Your Catholic Daughter.

8. Dearest Mama Mary,

Thank you for your constant intercession for my prayers and my loved ones. Thank you for always bringing me back to the Novena and to our Lord. Thank you for rekindling the dormant faith and love that I have had since I am a cradle-catholic. I continue to seek your loving intercession that I may never lose sight of and faith in my Lord. Help me to be like you O loving Mother.

Your Loving Daughter.

9. Dearest Mother,

Thank you so much for the blessings and prayers to your Son for me. I celebrated my 80th birthday yesterday with the family. It was so wonderfully arranged by the family. It is because of you, Mother, through the years of blessings that I am here today.

Your Daughter.

10. Dearest Mother Mary,

Despite these difficult times because of the pandemic, you have answered my prayers. I have my husband back and my children’s faith in our Lord Jesus Christ is strong. I cannot thank you enough Mother Mary as my children now feel in their hearts the love of the Lord Jesus. Thank you very much Mother.

Your Loving Daughter.
